EP5140-CCF is a 100% solid, very flexible, electronic grade, crystal clear elastomeric type epoxy compound with low viscosity and high clarity. EP5140-CCF is designed for use in encapsulation and laminating applications where the visibility is important. Long pot life, low viscosity with easy bubble release and repairable.
